How to request deletion

Email us from any address and include the phone number registered to your account:

Or email us directly at hello@brandeazy.in with the subject “Delete my BrandEazy account” and your registered phone number. We verify ownership of the number before deleting.

What gets deleted

On approval, we permanently delete the personal data tied to your account, including:

• Your profile and business details (name, business name, category, GST number)
• Saved delivery/billing addresses
• Cart, wishlist, and saved preferences
• Your login identity (phone number / authentication record)

What we may retain (and for how long)

Some records are kept where the law requires it or to complete obligations that were already in progress:

• Order, invoice and payment records — retained for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax and accounting law. These are anonymised/dissociated from your profile where possible.
• Active orders — if you have an order in progress, we complete or cancel it before deletion.

Payment card/UPI details are never stored by us (handled by our payment gateway), so there is nothing of that kind on our side to delete.

How long it takes

We action verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.
