Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Phone number — used to sign you in via a one-time password (OTP).
• Profile & business details — your name and business information you enter during setup (business name, category, GST number).
• Addresses — delivery/billing addresses you add.
• Order & project data — items you order, order status, and related activity.
• Payment information — payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details; we receive only a payment confirmation/reference.
• Device & technical data — a push-notification token and basic device information needed to deliver notifications and operate the app.
• Usage data — in-app actions (items viewed, searches) used to improve the experience.

2. How we use your information

• To authenticate you and secure your account (OTP login).
• To process, fulfil, and track your orders and projects.
• To take payments and issue receipts/invoices.
• To send transactional messages (OTP, order updates) and, where permitted, service notifications.
• To provide customer support and improve the app.

3. Sharing with service providers

We share the minimum data needed with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:

• Supabase — secure backend, database, and authentication hosting.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• SMS/DLT provider — delivery of OTP and transactional SMS via our DLT-registered sender.
• Google Firebase — push notification delivery.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal/tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see Contact).

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls, row-level security) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.

7. Children

BrandEazy is a business (B2B) application intended for adults (18+) acting on behalf of a business. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
